This beautiful historic house has undergone a modern remodel to feature an open floor plan and fully updated kitchen with all the supplies you need. There is a back patio with a built-in pizza oven and a fully fenced yard for your kids or dogs to run around. The back yard even has access via a closable wall-installed dog door for extra convince for your stay. The patio accommodates a relaxing drink in the evening shade in comfortable adirondack chairs or a morning coffee with the warm sunrise. After a day of exploring, relax on the sectional and stream the newest releases. With the addition of a full-sized washer and dryer available for your use, this home is a comfortable nest for long stays. STAIRS NOTE: this home has 2 bedrooms on the second floor and the primary bathroom is on the main floor. Additionally, the 3rd bedroom is in the basement with a bathroom on the same level. This means stairs are required to go from bedroom to bathroom for the 2nd floor bedrooms but there is an on-level bathroom for the basement. It's a lovely space, but if you have trouble with stairs, it may not be for you!

Here are a few key details to note: This is a residential area in a walkable urban setting. There is free, non-time-limited street parking right out the front door. There is an ally for parking in the back on property, but the alley gets congested, so please ask if there is access and we suggest the street parking as it's more quick and convenient! The two bedrooms are on the second floor and the primary bathroom is on the main floor (with an additional bathroom in the finished basement space) so please note that you will need to be comfortable with stairs to fully enjoy this space!
